Or you can attach it to the pouch first flange if re a two-piece user, then fit both around stoma. There are two easy ways to use Dermacol, whether you a one-piece pouch or two-piece system.

The unique collar is made from alpha thane, a new patented polyurethane formulated to resist output colostomies. Dermacol is easy to remove and comes away with the pouch or flange when they are changed. You can attach the Dermacol to your skin first, then put pouch on in usual way. The Dermacol collar is extremely soft and pliable.
